Pure Tacoma review

    On March 5th, I ordered extreme LED side shooter ditch lights and brackets from the him.

    A week later, I call for tracking info as I hadn't received anything. He informed me the lights were on backorder till mid to late March but could get me Cali raised lights and mbrp brackets out right away. I looked into the lights and brackets and told him that that would be fine.

    Fast forward to now, I still have not received the lights, and on top of that the Cali raised lights were $50 cheaper than the extreme LED lights. I have sent him two emails regarding the $50 refund with no reply. He replied to my email about tracking with the tracking number for the lights finally, but ignored my question about the refund. Sent another email about the refund, and have received no reply.

    If I would have received the lights of brackets in a timely manner, I wouldn't even be worried about the $50 refund but the fact that it's been over 3 weeks and I still have not received my lights nor a reply to my email about a refund, I will never be ordering from them again.

    Just a heads up to anyone that may be looking to order something from his website, he obviously doesn't update his website for items that are backordered.

    Mrs. Pure Tacoma here. So sorry, I just saw this. We are a small family business and I don't catch them all immediately. First, and foremost, I apologize. I'm happy to take your order number and research this as I searched on your email address and your tracking number, both, and I didn't see a communication about a refund. We don't stock these and therefore don't show stock status, so I understand the backorder not showing confusion.

    Now that I am informed, I am sincerely happy to look into this again if you like. I have passed this up the ladder and they too want to assist.

    Yes sir! We deal with numerous WDs and direct with manufacturers as well in order to offer the broadest product line we can.

    I’ve ordered from PureTacoma back in May of 2018...no issues at all...Happy with the service and the merchandise they provided.

    I ordered cat shields (Cali Raised) on 02/12/23 and didn’t even get a confirmation email. I’ve emailed 2 times for an eta and nothing. The site says they don’t have a dedicated phone person. Apparently not an email person either. Weird they respond to Tacomaworld posts. Probably all they check to make it look like they’re on top if it. Probably not going to be a return customer.
