    Depends how you wheel. Plus with a supercharger you get in boost really early in the rpm range depending on the type you get. Also a good tune with one and you'll see a better torque curve and some good low end grunt. But there are cons as well.

    Save your money and get a used stihl or husquvarna professional series. Can be had for the same or less than a decent home jobber one. I'd go for one that can take up to at least a 20" bar if you are going to be cutting any trees down at home.

    My little dewalt electric chainsaw has only a 12” bar and it’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it. I’d get a 14in if I were you.


    For reference it helped us move this bitch out of the way.
