Love chemex. I don’t use it as often anymore though. Usually just on weekends when I’m making a cup for me and the girl at the same time

I have the 6 cup chemex. Which is nice if you’re brewing 2+ cups. But I just hate to have to use a filter on a single cup, which is why it is now a weekend brewer. But by far produces my favorite cup of coffee.

Well, I guess if you packaged it, promoted it and advertised it properly, you could sell the average American a box of Horse Shit.

Chemex may be the best maker ever.

I put the 3 layer side of the filter on the side with the spout.
Have you tried the George Howell brew method?

May have just found myself a $50 Gaggia Classic! If all goes well I'll be picking her up tonight. Just need to decide on and buy a new espresso grinder now

If anyone is in the Milwaukee area, swing by 1848 coffee on national and coffee rd in new berlin. Whole beans can be had as can a cup of java. Just make sure you tell him 81 sent you.

    Disclaimer, a buddy owns it

I order whole bean from Wicked Joe. I usually go with Sumatra or French. Brew with a Cuisinart Grind and Brew
