Just modified my 2013 Tacoma CrewCab with Icon stage 9 suspension. Ride and compliance is excellent. Easily supports the load for overlanding gear and no rear sag!

I also added the Hydraulic bump stops and I never get that jarring slam down on the axle. I’m very happy with the suspension. I put Toyo AT Open Country 285/75 R16 tires on it. I get tire rubbing. I’m going to have to have the body mount cut and rewelded at 4 wheel parts in Stockton. I’m planning on doing that when I get the Pelfrybuit front and rear bumpers installed.

With suspension and tires it raised the truck about 3 inches which is plenty of clearance for the off roading I do.

The hydraulic bumper is circled in read. I think Hydraulic bump stops alone will significantly improve any trucks suspension.

Working on it, dissent offroad racks, shift sense pro, pedal commander , ARB twin, rigid SS dually's , dual batteries, ARB fridge , 2.5 Fox coil overs wResi , 2.5 Fox rears w resi Total chaos UCA , deaver packs , Nitto trail grappler's 33" .
Careful having 4wheelparts do the CMC.
If they’re anything like the Sacramento store :(. They worked on it for 4.5 hrs .
When I told them it was rubbing really badly they told me they could get to it in 3 weeks ??????

It was so bad I took it to a fab shop where it was corrected, took 3-4 hrs now it’s great .

Edit; your truck looks and sounds great!!

Nice job. That looks great. I put the 2.0 on the rear of mine and now I wish I had done the 2.5’s. Actually the 2.0’s work great on my truck since it sits in the garage 95% of the time. I really like the bumps too. I’m glad I did spend the money for those.

Yes. I went full leaf pack which, I think, adds 800 lbs load capacity to the bed which is perfect for overlanding. I’ve found you can easily put 4-500 lbs of gear on the bed. When unloaded the suspension doesn’t feel stiff or ridged.

I have considered these but don't know if I want to spend the coin. I don't do much hard off-roading but there is a small bridge near us that I drive over multiple times on the weekend. If I hit it doing about 70, I can just about clear it and I do catch some air. I feel the rear end bottom out sometimes. I don't haul much so I don't want to change the rear springs. It just rides so well right now that I don't want to change it. The hydraulic bumps though......

I am jealous of those bump stops. Gonna pick up the same thing but in Fox flavor. They're so expensive though xD

I am running stock springs on mine with the icon 3 aal. They come with a ring spacer to use with this setup but if you switch to a thicker spring pack then spacer can come out so they don’t bottom out too early. Also love the click click sound they make when hitting the strike plate. This happens pretty easily without overload spring in.
