Vista camper shell HELP needs new lights what to use?

Got the shell cheap enough, but need to have top brake light bar replaced and inside light works, but missing cover. Any suggestions on replacements or modifications to improve this (besides blowing it up and getting something more expensive). Top light bar works, but not all lights with in the bar come on. Company is out of business. Thanks. Top brake bar is 15 1/2 x 1 1/2"

 

For the 3rd brake light, open the housing, take out whats in there, and put in one of these

For the interior light, cut off or de-solder the halogen bulb socket and wire up one of these

Thanks for the help, ordered some cheap ones off Amazon, if they don't work out, I will try these.
