depending on the fittings you can probably do it with ferruls, which means you don't even need the flare tool. The ace by my house still carries all that stuff.

Compression fittings are generally not allowed for gas applications. Though not like anyone is going to be inspecting it either. Youll find plenty of DIYer's who use them anyways too

I was hoping to find a shop that could just do it. By the time I buy the tools I'm going to use only once I'm not sure I'm really saving any money or time.

Looking for suggestions, my dish washer is possessed by a demon. Any suggestions on which brand to get and what to avoid?

Dont really need to buy any tools. The flares are made with the same tool as you do brake flaring with so could rent one.

Any plumbing supply place should be able to do it for ya though.

Compression fittings were used for lots of years on the fuel systems for propane forklifts. Dunno why it's against the rules for residential stuff.

Just got passed by a chick in a Toyota frs? Was doing close to 100mph cause she passed me like a breeze at 55mph. Then outta no where party lights came on in the on coming direction. A mile down the road I got to witness the driver pulled out and put in handcuffs.

    A white double cab:

A chick was following me down the north fork snoq rd the other week. I was loaded down with camp gear and kids, I slowed down for some of the bad pot holes. She almost rear ended me then tried to pass me on the left at one of the drop offs. I do max 25mph and she was 5ft from my bumper still.

She had a 10yr old girl up front as well.

That north fork road is notorious for shithead drivers. I've been lucky, but I know others that have had a bad time up there. It's almost like rolling the dice.

    Usually it's a 10yr old driver too.

I made her go slow and follow by taking up the whole road. Good thing to because every time a rig came up I slowed and she would try and pass me.
Sometimes I just want to follow them to see when they will slide off the road, aka natural selection. Then I think about a head on with me or all the other family's I know traveling these roads.

Fortune creek was the same way this weekend, glad I went up at 10pm and down before the shit show. Lots of side by side attempting to "own" the road as well.

Walked in the front door to this. Not sure if my soon to be wife is catching up on my interests or if it's a trap....
