An each side should have the same number of washers so that it's even, and as many as it takes to diminish the vibrations.

    Unbolt carrier bearing
Add one washer on each side
    Re-bolt carrier bearing
    Drive around
    Repeat

As you drop the carrier bearing, you may feel the vibrations happen at different speeds that the previous.

Ok, the odyssey continues. Now the transmission is kicking pretty band around 40mph (should I try to put more washers on the carrier bearing?) And also I have a chichichichichi noise on the driver side tire while running... sticky caliper?

What the hell? Zero clue about the chichichichi noise, but it if it's rhythmic and not steady, something is intermittently rubbing. Warped rotor?

Do you still have the vibes at 50mph as well? Or just at 40?

Honestly, I've been driving locally only and can't reach 60mph on the city so easy, but it seems to me like it is better, that's the reason why I haven't said anything about the vibes or the shaking steering wheel. I am not quiet sure yet! The transmission is kicking hard around 40mph, it feels like a clunk that bang the truck a little. Yesterday I put 2 washers, around 1/8 spacer on the bearing carrier. Should I try to insert 2 more?

The transmission issue is strange to me. Did you make sure to appropriately tighten the carrier bearing bolts? Are the washers moving around at all? Did the driveshaft pull any further out of the transmission output shaft?

I'm throwing out ideas to check off boxes. I don't know what would cause a transmission issue.

They come with the red loctite, but I won't use it, I will use the blue one instead that is more easy to remove if I need it... Or should I use the red one???

Red. Insurance of nothing coming lose > having difficulty removing later

For all those troublesome nuts and bolts, invest in an electric impact. I have a DeWalt 20V and it's one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Ok, guys! Today I installed the rear 1.25 wheel spacer and they were perfect! Still I'm fighting with the front driver wheel noise and the wobbling steering wheel. What I'm going to do is dissemble the front brakes again this weekend, lubricate the calipers and bleed one more time the whole system. Let's see what happen! Here are a few photos of my baby! :)

Everything is stock! I had the coils of a 2018 TRD before, but I replaced them for the stock ones when I installed the spindles. Right now I'm saving for longer shocks, but the 285s temptation is too strong. :D
