I was looking around at this today. Love my taco, but hard to pass up a 3 year newer frontier with 60,000 less miles with no money out of pocket. That'd be a pro4x for my sport, so I'd gain a locker, too.

    Still don't think I can do it:facepalm:

I have no stats to back me up. I have always owned Tacomas. Then, I bought a 2012 frontier and hated pretty much everything about it besides the power difference. Back to a 2015 taco now. Rides so much nicer.

While shopping, I tested out a brand new frontier - the ride feels much worse. Much bouncier, noisier, and turning radius feels much worse even though it's a smaller truck. Interior doesn't make the ride feel any better either - uncomfortable and dated beyond belief. Nothing that can't be overlooked but it wasn't for me.

Tacoma all day IMO: Resale is better (should you sell.) Lots of aftermarket products and Parts. Less rattle (neighbor has one and I swear I hear him coming a mile away)

Spend a little more and get the Tacoma.

Chuck Norris drives a Tacoma. Chuck Norris is super cool. Don’t you want to be super cool too? Be like Chuck and get a Tacoma truck.
