Top rated dealership for scheduled maintenance in Northern VA?

I take mine to Ourisman Chantilly when I need to . I've never had any issues with them.

 

I am Harpers Feerry and have used Malloy with good luck. They were pretty open minded on the stutter TSb and though at first didnt think my (TW!) info was correct , did work through it with me.

Have not heard any negatives lovcally from those using the Martinsburg dealership.

 

Depends on our busy they are and how many techs they got. At my work, our master techs will still take LOF's and rotates pretty regularly, although we don't have a ton of techs.

Just had TSB-0062-18 done at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg. Also requested (and did) changing my auto turn signal from 3 to 5 clicks. Service Advisor Bryan Dorsey was terrific to deal with. Can't wait to see how the update affects performance.

 

Last week I went to Jack Taylor Toyota in Alexandria for the 10K service. Worked well for me.
