Interior Chrome Removal

I am allergic to chrome and trying to get all of it off this beautiful truck. I have a few more pieces to go. With all that said what have you guys done to get rid of the chrome around the air vents, cup holder, etc.

 

So how are you removing the chrome?

 

I’ve been annoyed by it and am really wanting to do something about it now. The sun reflects off it and catches my eyes while driving and its really getting on my nerves .how did you remove it?

 

Getting rid of the chrome makes it much better.

 

You removed it or covered it? I’m looking at this right now for it .

 

Yes. That is @rrentrop 's sticker kit.

I tried to sand and paint the shift boot trim after installing the stickers. No thanks. Unless you have a way to etch the chrome plating or get SR parts on the cheap, Rich's stickers are the way to go.
