For those that have a RTT mounted to a bed rack, do you leave it mounted all the time or remove it after trips?

Looking to get a rack and a RTT, but my truck is also my daily driver. I don't want to be "that guy" that rides around showing off all the gear I have, but I also don't want to manhandle a 100+ lb. RTT on and off the truck every time I want to go on a trip. Don't have a garage or carport to park under, so am also worried about weathering of the RTT, since it'll be out in the elements all the time.
