Went from 3rd Gen Taco to 3GT4R to 2nd Gen Taco and finally a V8 4GT4R.
I'm also in the east bay (pittsburg) and am trying to find a reputable alignment shop. My steering angle is effed (10 degrees off) while tracking straight. According to a shop I went to, "you are in spec" but the angle of the wheel is turned to the right while tracking straight. If I point straight, I veer to the left. I want to get this done because its such a nuisance.

For buying tires or to get a set of our wheels mounted and balanced on your new/old tires, we recommend WD Garage in Fremont. We send all of our local customer there. They know what they're doing and will not scratch up the wheels.

For custom alignment specs, Trackspec Autosports in Fremont is the go-to shop. I actually have an appt with them on the 13th. They do a lot of work on road racing cars so when it comes to alignments, they know it well. They will take their time and do it right. It's not cheap, but their knowledge and experience is worth the extra cost.

Is an alignment recommended when going from stock wheels to your -25mm F5’s? Or is that only requires when making a suspension change? Thanks

IMO, an alignment isn't needed until you make suspension changes. If everything is gravy and all you did was swap out to new wheels, I wouldn't touch it.
