    Hey! Thanks! It’s also good just to store a spare key permanently, then if you lock them in your vehicle or lose them, then you always have a spare. In Alberta, here during the winter the wait for an AMA tow truck was 16hrs last winter.

    Hey! Thanks a lot, pictures don't show the logo that well, in person it is barely noticeable. Its not like Brinks armored trucks use ghost trucks, they put their name on it to represent that their company is secure.

    My only fear is that it might be close enough for the truck to still "see" the fob and if someone just happened to check if your truck was open and the sensor picked it up then the truck would unlock. This would also mean that the truck would start. Unless I'm wrong and the fob has to be inside the cabin to start.

    EDIT: disregard...should have finished reading the site first. I saw where it says it blocks the signal. Has this actually been tested?

    Yes I’ve held the fob in the box with the pin in it and it didn’t open the truck. When it’s locked in the back, inside the receiver there is no way the truck can be unlocked.
