Curious if Toyota implements TSB's into their manufacturing process for new vehicles after they release the updates.

    Does anyone have an answer?

I don't have a for sure answer but I think it depends on what the TSB pertains to. I can recall a rear spring TSB on the 2nd Gen that would just keep adding the next model year into it

It wildly varies. TSB's aren't required repairs or even updates sometimes. They can even affect the emissions output of the truck, so typically a company like Toyota will keep trucks to the mould as long as it can.,

But! As the 3rd gen trucks rolled out, Toyota was done with Zerk fitting driveshaft joints due to issues with the 2nd gen trucks. They phased them out and some 2017's have prop shaft zerk fittings, some don't. Some 2017's have updated ECT software, some don't.

The 1st gen Tacoma saw a piss load of changes over the years and they weren't even TSB related, more directly related to safety and emissions.

A strong point. As far as I've seen, any recall is immediately implemented on production, it's rare I'm doing recalls on production vehicles straight out of delivery with Toyota.

    Very insightful, appreciate the explanation.

Do you work for a Toyota dealership?

Anecdotal but I test drove two different 18' Tacomas this summer; one early summer one two weeks ago and they drove differently. For instance, the early summer taco screamed when merging onto the highway and the second didnt.

Interesting, you would think that they should operate the same.
