Finally got the Taco built enough to where I can document the process.

brief background: got the truck back in summer of 2016 from a dealer in Jacksonville Florida. The truck, incredibly, had only 15,000 miles on it and it was a 2012, 4 cylinder, access cab, 4X4. Everything I wanted at a fair price. I had no plans of building it into what it is today back when I first got it, but one trip to the woods and that first flick of the Four-Wheel drive switch changed everything. I knew right away that this truck was a weapon off-road and I took advantage of the light weight Four cylinder engine and access cab frame. I started slow, spending an innumerable amount of hours on Tacoma World and other sites doing research on how to make this truck what I wanted. I started small, I added some rod holders to the bed rails to help carry my fishing rods to the beach on the weekends. nothing special, but it was the first mod. Next was a big one. Tires. I wanted something aggressive, good for digging into mud and solid on the trail, but not miserable to drive on the road. my research led me to a set of 265/75-16 Goodyear Duratracs. And boy what a difference that made. Grip Grip Grip.

There's a ton more.... just busy atm... will continue... Here's a pic from last weekend for your enjoyment in the mean time....
