These are my specs as of now: bilsteins 5100 adjustable shocks at the last notch, rear 1 inch block, running on trd pro 17 inch wheels and 265/70 17 tires with 1.5 inch wheel spacers, and no mudflaps. If I buy 285/70 r17 falken AT3, will they rub?

Simple answer is yes, pinch welds, fender liners and mud flaps removed and a little trimming plus possibly the cab mount will need to be chopped.

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
I have had same wheels with 275's. Very close to rubbing and that's w/o spacers. Spacers would have rubbed so I think trimming will be needed with 285's and spacers.

For some reason Bilstein and other experts don't recommend the last notch on a 3rd gen, I believe the ride quality diminishes quite a bit. I went second to last and really like the ride quality on and off-road, and it soaks the road imperfections very well.

They ride well, no complaints whatsoever, I still don’t know the long term effects of riding them on the last notch. I went ahead and installed the 285s and only did minor trimming to tha cab mount, and reshaped the fender liners. I think the only problem is the down travel with stock Upper Control Arms.
