    My apologies if this question has been asked. Do double cabs require drilling of the roof for installation of a front runner rack? I'm not terrified to do so as I have already cut into my truck. I am just far less interested in drilling a roof than I was cutting my bed side.

    Rack uses the existing bolt holes (same as OEM Toyota rack) in vehicle, so no drilling required.

    When you guys drilled, you said you pulled the headliner down enough to see what you were doing with removing the headliner all the way. I really don’t want to remove it again. What did you remove to do this?

    Finally, got the rack installed. Only a couple problems, but taken care of. I used a longer rack that called for so I used aluminum bar stock to bolt the rack to the Pelfrey rails.

    It’s hard to believe that that gasket would make much of a difference. But, if I have excessive noise, I am going to get one.

    Military family so we've seen our share of deployments (from family members- not myself). Luckily they've all made it home so far. I know what it means for someone to miss home and count the days till you can taste the food and see family again. Little brother should be back next month.

    I hit 13 years a couple of months ago out here. Too many years in to get out now lol Amen, the food out here is trash lol. I have 4 more pay checks to go and I cant wait. Military is the best thing ever happened to me next to my wife lol This deployment I was finally blessed enough to buy all the mods for the truck that I've always wanted. So the anticipation is even greater to come home. I'll tag you in some pics I've sanitized and posted on here.
