My daughter and many of her friends went to school with the guy murdered. Really difficult for those that knew him. A really great guy. You can bet this will be another case of being treated differently by the justice system. Most of us couldn't go next door and kill the people living there and not be in jail.

The officer was arrested within an hour of the incident.

 

Really, because news reports 12 hours later were still talking about an impending warrant to be issued and saying she hadn't turned her self in at that time. Who knows what news to believe. Hopefully she was hauled of to jail immediately.

Either way, it's a shame a young man was killed in his home for nothing more than being home.



24hours later and according to them still not arrested.



Not saying you are wrong, I just don't see anything saying she was arrested an hour after the shooting.

Yep, the suspect has not turned herself in.

 

Yesterday the local news said “she was in the custody of the Texas Rangers”. Now it says they’re waiting for a warrant to be issued, probably Monday. I took “ she was in Texas Rangers custody” as she’d been arrested. Evidently not. That’s a crock of shit!!!! If anybody, besides the Clintons, did that same shit then they’d been cuffed right from the start.
The way the current climate is going, they’re not sure what to do because it’s a woman shooter. If it was a man, he’d be gone! Such a fucked up deal from the start. I was under the impression she walked into the apartment and shot the guy sitting there. Nope. Her keys were still in the door. She couldn’t get it to unlock and when he opened it to figure out wtf someone was doing trying to get in his door she shot him. CLEARLY she failed in multiple points of this scenario.

 

Gonna keep hiding till the blood will pass the tox screen.
