With the stuff sack, the packaging and the rounded shipping number UPS uses, Yes...UPS has some crazy way of calculating shipping weight...I have never understood the process, but when I get my account bill from them, the shipping weight I get from them and my scale has never matched what they calculated as the "UPS shipping weight". They also round up on everything (weight, measurements, everything)...The weight of the sleeping bag is 12 pounds (on average) by it's self, on my scale (and it matches what the USPS scale always reads).

 

Guessing no shipping to Auburn Mass 01501? Question was asked before the person asking about the weight of them, no worries Christmas is here now.
