There were never investors. If they were willing to throw millions at a sinking ship, a few pissy customers and PayPal disputes wouldn’t cause them to double take. They held off customers to file Ch. 7. Classy.

That’s a load of bullshit.

They were running a Ponzie scheme, using current orders’ money to fund previous orders.

If they grew too fast for them to handle they’d of had plenty of money and backorders; instead, they spent their customers’ money on apparently a lavish lifestyle of Hawaii and Alaska vacations and had backorders but no money.
