Evidence or link to prove this? Obviously in keeping with @MTgirl's guidance on contact information. Don't want you to have to take a vacation for linking publicly available information.

Their tundra and 4runner were both at the Texas Toyota Jamboree in may of this year. Do an event to get some money before shutting it down? That's actually tundra number 2 since they sank one is acidic mud and water for I think 2 weeks and the frame rusted

Their Facebook post showed their true colors. More worried about their reputation than the “family” they spoke of. “We can’t budget worth a shit, but it’s your fault. You guys are big meanies.”

I don’t have a horse in this race either but was really hoping this turned out positively for all involved. Remaining hopeful that you guys can get your money back and support another vendor on here that actually stands by their customers.

Go back and look I called this . They gave a phony reason to ask for time to get the Chapter 7 filed.
As you probably know chapter 7 is to wipe out all responsibilities!!!
Hopefully the BK judge calls bullshit !!

I don’t see how going clean slate then reopening as the same entity would even fly. Unless their goal was to reel the Tories back in?

But the thing is, they were not a good company. They managed investor's and customer's money horribly poorly.

This whole thing will hopefully be a wakeup call to other fab shops that bill in-full up front. They are basically setting themselves up to fail, because once you have the money, there's no financial incentive to be productive and efficient in getting orders sent out. On the other hand, if the only way you get paid is by fulfilling orders, then all of a sudden reality has a way of making people put forward the extra effort to achieve that end. Not saying there shouldn't be deposits, but they should be 10 to 20 percent of the order. Just enough to keep people from backing out later.

First and last names, physical appearance are slightly harder to change than business product and location.
