Having a rain leak and was investigating.

Long story short I think I have a leak around the back up light
But could be back window. Water pours on if I pour it on top of light and it comes out at top of window.

In process of my investigation I manage to drop one of these clips down into the roof structure so needless to say I need another one.

    Any help is much appreciated

I'm pouring over diagrams but any info that might narrow down where to search? Was the clip holding in the rear lamp, attaching the headliner to the roof? Any info like that would be appreciated.

Can't find anything about a part-numbered clip holding that handle in, perhaps it comes with the handle assembly but not separately?

    EDIT:
I think the correct part number for the rear handle is

    Toyota Part No.: 74610-0R010-C0
    GRIP ASSEMBLY, ASSIST

    at around $22 per piece.

They are cheaper at around $11 a piece, still no mention of any special clips or fasteners.
    Part number for those is
    74631-0C050-C0 for black
    74631-0C050-B0 for Grey

Well dropped the headliner again and on the side airbag curtain my missing clip revealed itself. Removed my 3rd brake light and discovered they didn’t replace seal when they painted my truck. So that was the culprit for my leak. A little clear silicone and it currently appears to not be leaking anymore.
