Locking tonneau cover with cargo cross-bars above the bed box

Looking for suggestions on a locking tonneau cover with cargo cross bars. I'm trying to find a solution to transport bikes and kayaks just above a secure tonneau cover. So far the two options I've found are the Bakflip CS and the American Truck Rack with the Yakima crossbars. I don't want one that sits as high as the Bakflip "ladder rack" but the American Truck Rack option is pretty expensive ($2000-3000) depending on configuration. There are others out there but they don't seem to be compatible with a Tacoma. Has anyone seen anything that I missed? Thanks for the help.

I am looking for same thing as "Paranole". Pace-Edwards doesn't offer Explorer Rails for bike rack on a Tacoma!

 

I'm looking at the BAK Roll-X/Revolver X2 with a rack built over it. Seems well made a secure while still a low profile when rolled up. From the specs listed, it looks like I can build the rack about 10" above the tonneau and have plenty of room to roll it up.

 

Hey I have the Revolver X2 and I’m looking for a rack or specs for a rack that would fit with it. Have you had any luck?
