Recently purchased a set of 5160s for the rear. I've seen some of these that start to look a little rough after some use. Now I'm all in for looks don't matter (much) but was thinking about either doing a clear vinyl wrap (x2 layers) or clear shrink tube over the main body and the remote reservoir. Has anyone else done this or witnessed it?
    thanks!

the raw aluminum gets a blackish tint or white oxidation on some around here. i assume from the salt/brine they spray on the roads in winter. Ones in the pic are not too bad but its worse in "salt states"
