    I should have more quotes by the end of the week. The bid for me framing it myself is 8k, but I’m getting old and don’t want to deal with it.
    I replaced my septic pump myself, $400 for the pump and 30 minutes of disgusting work. I got a quote for $1,500.

    14 to 17K to excavate down & replace 1 length of weeping tile. Nope. Bought an old Chevy 1/2 Ton, 28 trips to a nearby landfill (clean fill so no tipage charge). Pail of sealant. Done.
