New member from Michigan

Hey! My name is Brandon. I’m a new member to the Tacoma world forum, but I’ve been lurking here for a year or so. Mostly whenever I had a question I needed answered haha. From SE Michigan. While I have this post open, I may as well ask, anyone else from my area or Michigan in general? I’m always in need of good recommendations for shops who do solid work like suspensions, off road work, and currently a possible cab chop.

Well, I can't recommend any places to do work as I'm in Canada but right across the river from Port Huron. I've done everything to my '17 TRDOR myself though, from wiring all my lights, front/rear camera, installing my Prinsu, swapping our factory suspension with OME 887 coils and Bilstein 5100's with Headstrong AAL, front Warn bumper, and soon to get rear bumper, and almost EVERY ME-SO mod!

Since you say you're in SE Michigan, I'd bet you're pretty damn close to me so I'd be more than happy to give you a hand. Just send me a message on here anytime!

Hi. Im from Macomb MI. I have some of the same questions you have. I haven't been able to find many people who are really knowledgeable about this off road stuff, most places only do spacer level kits. The mechanic at Leslie Tire in Mt. Clemens did a Fox coilover kit on my dad's f150. He did a good job and seemed to care about his work. His alignment after the lift was perfect. I plan to go to him when I get my stuff next summer. I don't think he can do stuff that's really customized though.
