    Hey Guys,

Looking for some advice with lift and new tires/wheels for my truck. I have never done this before so was just trying to get an idea of how much to expect to pay for this sort of thing. I want to get a 3 inch lift and I've found wheels/tires for ~2k online that I like.

    Thanks for your help!

Is this a mall adventure machine that you want to look tough?

Or is it an actual off road machine?

The answers matter. 'Cause lift for looks isn't nearly as pricey as lift for function.

And if you pick the right wheel/tire package, you can fit full 33" with on stock suspension with no rubbing or cutting.

If you know you are never going offroad and don't mind a stiff ride you can get some blocks/spacers for pretty cheap.

A phone call to Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road will give you good options.

Keep your lift closer to 2" and save some parts and the risk of future ancillary issues.

Install yourself and save a pile of cash too.

Sidenote. This is the new members forum. For intros. So, welcome.

Be sure to do lots of reading in the Suspension, 3rd gen, and Wheels/tires forum.
