48409-60020 is the part that usually seizes in the bushing.

Just for clarity, everything pictured here will complete one lower control arm, right? So to do both LCA you'd need two of everything pictured?

YES. I ordered 2 of everything pictured from the dealer to have on hand for the job since it is my daily driver. I only needed (2) of part# 48409-60020. These were seized on both sides and had to be cut. I returned the rest of the pictured parts and got my money back. Go to the dealer with these part numbers and it will save you a LOT of time and frustration. I ordered new complete control arms(with new ball joints and bushings) from Amazon. Installation took me 3 hours in my dirt driveway with no special tools. I was generous with the anti-seize on assembly and got an alignment later. All is good now.

Yes, it gets seized up in the sleeve of the bushing. When I did mine I ended up cutting out the bolts and also having to cut the bushing out.

Part #48409-60020 is the problem child with this install. Both sides on my truck were seized and not coming loose. I probably could have spent most of the day trying to get them free. Cutting them with a sawzall was my best option. My original control arms shown with part cut below...and still seized in there.

I replaced mine @ 135K but the signs were there for while before that. High use of salt and brine in my area. I also dunked them in water during the summer sometimes.

I replaced mine at 115K, it spent the first 5 years in the MD/WV salt belt.

My ball joints were bad on this truck at 8 years and I needed to replace for inspection. We live in the northeast salt belt so that didn't help those bushings. Below are the factory control arms removed.

Yeah, nice to be able to compare the part to what is on my truck so I know I'm ordering the right part
