    Just thinking, my one buddy and his wife moved to Myrtle beach awhile ago when they went on pension, wonder if he evacuated and came up to his sister here in town, or went over to their daughter in Tenn., hope he got out of there.

    It was 39 years ago today that Hurricane Frederick devasted my home town of Mobile, Alabama.

    Cool down out west here, fired up the woodstove last night, feels good this morning.
    Changed the air filter and cabin filter in the truck this morning, had just blown the air filter out over a year ago. Cabin filter was pretty dirty. Almost 30,000 on the truck now.
