New 18 DCSB 4x4 Sport owner contemplating a lift purely for aesthetic reasons. It's my daily driver, no offroading. I want an improved appearance and as good as or better than factory ride. I have no additional weight on truck worth mentioning (no body armor).

2 inch or less lift desired

I have been chatting with Marie at Headstrong (awesome resource) and I want to see if anyone can suggest a commonly used Bilstein solution.

I'm thinking 5100's on all four corners with OME 884 or 885 up front. Bottom notch setting. This should result in a 1.75 or 2.0 lift respectively.

Does anyone concur with this solution? If so, can I get the fronts pre-assembled for a direct swap out? If I can't get these shipped preassembled or I decide to assemble myself, what hardware do I need without re-using anything stock? Again, a simple swap out.

What should I do for the rear to result in a level stance? What AAL/Block/U-Bolt solution is recommended?

Budget is $750 or less and DIY.
