Mount ARB CKMTP12 in bed. Suggestions?

I was thinking to mount my ARB twin portable compressor w/ tank in the bed. I originally bought it because I liked the portability of it. It's heavy, but really stays in the truck anyway. W/ the switch already integrated and tank I'm wondering if it's as easy as removing it from the case, extending wiring to the battery and done.

 

Expedition Essentials. Mounts in the big cubby on the Driver side. They even sell a ($$) wiring extension harness to run from the battery to that pocket. if you have the case version, the wiring will be a little different, but might make it easier with the switch near the bed rather than in the cab.

Just realized that includes the compressor. I'm an asshole.

 

605 is with the compressor. The bracket is like 100 alone.

 

If the truck is not far from your sight at all times I might mount it in the bed.

If I did I would fabricate a bracket almost impossible to remove it without a torch or grinder at the least .

People always wanting other peoples goodies.

The wiring would be simple
