    Ummm I never would. Two of my friends have them and these things are money pits and they suck at everything. They have so many issues...from 96 to 2000 almost every H1 had #8 cylinder issue. They really good to look at and that's about it. I almost bought one before I got my Taco but I'm so glad I didn't go that route. Unless you know how to work on these things I wouldn't recommend it. Parts are expensive as fuck and there isn't much online community support either.

    If you had fastrak there was probably a problem with the card on file. They will usually discard the ticket when the transaction goes through. Surprisingly easy to deal with
