Water Pump and Timing Belt. Water Pump is seized, and Timing Belt is shredded.

    I’m doing this on a 1MZ-FE on a Sienna.

So I hopped in my truck today and turn it on. As I’m backing out of the driveway I hear what sounds like rapid crackling or maybe even someone stepping on the small bubble wrap in my engine bay.

I got out and checked the motor over couldn’t hear or see anything out of the ordinary. It wasn’t hardly even warm yet. What could this have been? The start and drive after we’re completly normal. Was really weird.

It was and has been raining the last couple of days so I don’t know if water could have played a part. Any ideas?

Tent? Things huge... In California if you set that up on property it's worth at least 6mil and slice of avocado toast.

Got gas and ended up chatting with the attendant about RTTs for longer than I thought possible. He's gonna stick one on a decommissioned Hummer. That should be interesting haha

Hadn't driven it really since the last trip, guess I coasted into town on fumes haha. It died rolling through an intersection and I coasted all the way into a parking lot to refuel haha

Also a manual steering Tacoma on 33s with no boosted brakes is tough to handle, especially with my smaller steering wheel.

Trying to instal a SS rear brake line, but the line nut is stuck on good. Anyone have any tricks? I think I'm pretty close to rounding off the shoulders at this point.

Swapped in tundra brakes and SS lines up front without issue.

Hit it with PB and will try again tomorrow, but the 10mm flare wrench I have worked flawlessly on the fronts. I think the nut may be rusted in place on the rear hard line.

For now I'm gonna bleed the front brakes and look at prices of a new hard line section. Anyone know if this is the right PN? 47324-04030

I learned that the ARB instructions make clear sense once you throw them in the trash. 2001-2004 Tacoma no cutting required

I so want to mount the front brackets, but I'm sure the bodyshop guys would hate me since they stick out like shin killers
