Alignment is definitely questionable. Partly due to the amount of lift I'm running with stock uca's I believe. I'm almost afraid to take it in because at almost 80k I'm sure something is froze up by now lol Was hoping to have a daily by now and just park the truck for awhile. Wanted to save up enough for tires and a complete suspension redo all at the same time. 5100s in the front are worn out, left rear shock has been leaking forever too.

 

Dunno if y'all can see this. This truck is beautiful if it is not a scam!

No, lol. Should be good to go though. I live at the bottom of 4 hills; like a bowl.

But, I am one yard up from the pond that has a huge overflow drain to Lake Wylie. And the lake has a dam, which must be wide open now.

My rear drum just locked up.

I was going around the farm trimming branches that were in the laneway and had just got through some deep water, stopped, engaged the parking brake, and then when I went to go leave, one wheel was locked up. So in 4lo she goes and I rock it a bit cycling the parking brake. Finally came lose. I felt something shifting back there like my axle was about to come off and the truck was crab walking like crazy. But I guess it was just because one of the tires was locked. I kept checking just to make sure something wasn't broke as hell. All seems fine though.

 

I haven't had the drums off. Bought it last April. Time for an inspection it seems. It's at 100k miles.

I just drove it around the block and cycled through everything, no wierd things that stand out. I'll pull it in the shop and crawl underneath.

 

Mine will lock up sometimes after hitting some muddy puddles and water. Haven't pulled mine apart. More than likely they just need cleaned, lubed, and adjusted.

 

I just bought a $50 instant (30sec) ground tent for when I do need a tent. I’ve kept all my ground gear but refuse to go through the BS of setting up a standard tent again. Also, having a hard time dropping the cash again on a RTT...but would probably jump on a used hard shell if the price was right. Hell, I’ve got all my hammock gear still and may move to that again but would need some pointers from you to make sure I don’t get drenched and/or freeze my ass off.

The RTT is awesome but I don’t want a soft one on my truck again.
