KO2/American racing Balance issues

    Camburg UCA,Cowl Induction, ECGS, Exhaust Reroute.
    Greetings all, I currently have KO2's on 275/65/17 on American Racing AX200 Yukon rims. Specs for the rims are 17" x 8.5" 0 offset and 4.75 backspacing. I've been having trouble keeping them balanced and the tire shop i got the set up from wont rebalance them forever. Has any else had this issue, Wondering if it's the tires or the rims, possibly both.
