    I’m looking at buying a Tacoma double-cab 4x4 basic package preferably manual
    What millage I acceptables looking at spending no more tha 15000 and do mods and répare my self.

    15,000 is important to get a shop to do a pre-purchase, they can find rust, leaks or any other issues that can cause huge headaches later on.

    ive focus on buying one with zero rust and be not super concerned on mileage. I've purchased one with 200,000 zero rust vs one with 100,000 miles on it with a lil rust. id take the one with higher milage but driven and kept better. you can always buy a new engine but getting rid of rust thought out the chassis is impossible. id personally find a clean one with 200,000 miles save some money and drop a new engine when yours blows. have a clean starting chassis is the best Imo.
