I called them but they said to bring it in for diagnostic. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with this before.

That will be covered under the 3/36 Warranty.

I had a factory battery die in the 20k range. took it into the dealer and they swapped it out no issues then or now... knock on wood.

Mine was replaced by dealer under warranty after about 20k and 2.5 years - I believe I got a fresh 3 yr warranty on the replacement OEM battery. I don't drive the truck every day, and often only short distances, which doesn't help battery life.

My drive is 9 miles a day. Maybe that’s why my battery went out ??

IDK - I happen to drive a lot of short local hops (often less than a mile). Dealer suggested that those put a strain on the battery - Lots of starts followed by short hops don't fully recharge battery which causes something called sulfation. That or the battery just sux.
