Not sure where to post this so thought I would here for you guys with toppers that run one on top. I have a Snug Top what bars and want to mount my CVT up but wondering what you guys do to get it up there! Obviously two people is best. I live pretty remote in the Mtns of North Ga so I am a little impatient on waiting for my buddies to visit. ;) Do you all know of a good way to get it up solo? Any tricks to the trade? Any help is much appreciated fella's.

Try using two 2x4x10ft boards. Set one end on the tailgate cross bar the other end on the ground.

Lay the CVT on the boards. And then dead lift it to height and slide it onto the cross bars.

Depending on your confidence in your strength, you might screw a horizontal 2x4 at the ground ends to give yourself a handle and tie the boards together. And then have another 2x4 handy that is cut to the height of the crossbars to support it so that you can catch your breath.

If you have anything that you can toss a rope over and use as a hoist, then this becomes a whole lot easier. (And safer)
