6D9B0FB9-63E4-46DA-8090-4534D2C5A5E3.jpg Had two days of rain recently and today I noticed condensation in two of the LED housings in my 40 inch Flex light bar.
Light bar is installed on my prinsu and about two weeks old.

My first experience with any kind of auxiliary LED lighting product, is this normal? I know headlights sometimes suffer from condensation issues after a wash or rainstorm. I figured these lights would be tougher being that they’re made for off roading and what not. Also, can anyone tell me what the quality level is for KC, I know they were very expensive but that doesn’t always mean they’re good, obviously. My car spends its non driving time in a climate controlled garage also.

    Pretty disappointed.

I hear ya. If this was a 6 year old $200 light I would’ve already cracked it open but it’s a 2 week old $1500 light...
what’s going to suck is if I have to ship it back for repair, I already threw out the original box and this light is huge (and heavy)

Here’s the other bad unit on the driver side, not as bad as the passenger side one but I imagine it’ll only get worse.

That's definitely not normal, nor is it representative of our products normally. Rarely do issues like these arise, but we'll get you taken care of.

Send me a private message with your order details (where your purchased it from, when it was purchased etc.), and I'll be sure we start the next steps for fixing this issue!

You have to quote the original poster, he’s probably not following this thread now.

He hasn’t been on TW since 9/2018.

@Taylor@KC HiLiTES is a great guy, I’m sure it was taken care of above and beyond what was anticipated by the OP.
