Let me know if you want some help. With all the times I had to remove my spindals from bearing and other suspension issues, I can get them out quick. Got it down to a science. Haha

Truck starts up good now at least. Had to tighten the shit out of the fuel filter though, it was leaking ever so slightly and making me get high off the fumes in the garage.

Checked out Dirt Devil this weekend, it was interesting! Lots of weird places on those dirt roads.

Finally added a sticky CB mic cradle but other than that.. nothing to report.

EDIT: ended up drilling a hole and screwing the CB cradle in, the bastard didn't want to stick.

Thanks guys, I'll have to see if I can get some 3m tape, trim the tabs off my original emblem and stick it on there. I will put my bumper back on and see how it looks first though. I have a feeling my aux lights might break up the monotony of the grille. We'll see.

Yes I do, it is a cracking, crumbling mess. I slathered a bunch of silicone caulk on it at one point, and it still works and doesn't leak yet. Once it does finally have a catastrophic failure, I'm going to relocate it and use this reservoir instead. It mounts to the pass side of the engine bay and will bolt right up. Other people have done this with their 01-04s.

Unfortunately I dont have that space there. It's taken up by the cruise control. I will prolly have to relocate it as well.

Are you sure? I think other people were able to put it there and the cruise control wasn't an issue.

Nevermind, I see that was with 03-04s only with throttle by wire. Yeah I saw one person on the thread put their washer resi further back in the engine bay, looks like they left cruise control in the same spot.

The reason I haven't done this is because I've got my aux fuse box back there plus CC. So I'm screwed either way except for getting a small bottle up front or doing what Monte did

That and it's not a toyota cruise control. Like a lot of other accessories on my truck, they were install once the truck was imported into the us. It's big compared to the stock cruise control.

Here it is in all it's finished glory. I wish they had a slightly smaller TOYOTA emblem to put on the front, all the ones I've seen are 15" long. Something like 8-10" would be great.

Ooh I know what I'll do, I'll use the same Toyota badge that comes on the tailgate from the factory. That's 11" long. Here's a piece of tape to give me an idea.

What do you guys think? That or keep the oval?

I like the oval but maybe once the actual "Toyota" badge instead of tape will change my mind haha
