Good thing! You couldn't have wheeled without them!

How much were they? I've found some gems in that store

$60. The X-Bull gen3 that goes for 93 on Amazon. Fairly good reviews. Plus there was a folding shovel in the bag with them.

Overlanding has become a "who can spend the most money" contest. Gotta have a brand new luxury $40k truck, gotta have a $10k mobile home attached to the roof, gotta have $5k worth of lights and navigation, gotta have $100k worth of ceiling mounted patches .... that's a lot of patches. Haha

No kidding. Half these “overlanders” on instagram have $80k in their truck and trailer setup to go camp at the local campground, maybe run a fire road or two on the way. It’s nuts.

.... when’re you going to start an overland build with Sarah’s 4Runner?

A $30 tent off Amazon and my smart phone accomplishes all that, so true.

I will say TW gayness has rubbed off on me, I purchased some auxillary lights pods for night wheeling. They will be mounted faceing the rear though, as thrilling as backing down a trail at night is by brail, I'm turning into a pussy as I get older and I need to see where the hell I'm going. Maybe that cancels out since they are there for a practical use?

    It’s like herpes...

I added a trailer relay to combine my brake/turn signals and wired my white lights to the reverse switch again so I don’t blind everyone with my turn signals. Plus this...

The came with mounting hardware and grommets so the wires on the back were protected and lay nicely even on uneven surfaces
