Anyone has a high quality recording for the trd exhaust? Most YouTube videos sound the same as stock.

I Iike stock sound but it is too quiet unless you are driving really late at night.

I like the black tip on the new TRD exhaust. Just won’t work living up north with all the salt..

Is it possible on my 2017 TRD Sport to install a “dual exhaust” Flow Master? Also which Flow Master do you guys recommend. I want moderate exterior sound and mild interior. I’ve seen a post for a 55 Series and a 44? I have had them installed on 3 prior vehicles over the years. Last one was a 2008 4Runner Sport...but can’t find which model I bought.

Exhaust delete on this engine sounds pretty darn good, just straight pipe it lol. Guy next to me on commute home was driving with exhaust delete and I asked him "what exhaust", he was like exactly, what exhaust?

totally different beast. on startup off throttle it rumbles deep like a big block. i'm not kidding either, it was freaky.

then i rev it up 3-5k and the V6 fart can is happening some at WOT. at less, maybe up to half throttle or a bit more, it's totally mellow, low pitch, and the flow is huge. i've had the Y pipe, rear cat delete, and reroute on the TRD muffler, and the flow was changed. now with the Vibrant and Spintech i feel like i immediately gained power. the truck is much more responsive and it's not really subtle. they say the Vibrant needs to break in and get some build up and the fart can will lessen. at least that's what i'm seeing in multiple reviews.

I added a Boral 40665 Turbo XL Muffler, and have it dumped over the rear axle. Really liking the set-up, with just a bit of noise to know its not stock. The only time its really loud is climbing hard at about 3,000 RPM. May add an exhaust tip (if i can find one) to see if it changes things at all over the rear.

Does anyone have any experience with aftermarket headers to compliment an intake and aftermarket exhaust?
