Just wanted to get some feedback on any go-to Toyota dealers in Colorado? I've dealt with Boulder Toyota(Larry H Miller Toyota) and while I haven't had any really "bad" experience with them I have had to deal with some annoyances and things that just rubbed me the wrong way ie. service loaners never available, long waits, super hectic service area. Again, nothing major I just wanted to see if there are better places to get my '18 Tacoma serviced.
I'm more or less curious if anybody has high praise for any other northern Colorado dealership service departments.
Sorry if this has been covered!

I bought from Larry Miller, and their service dept. didn't impress me at all. My Taco wasn't prepped at all when they said it was ready, they're kind of ding-dongs there.

Pedersen in FTC straight up screwed me for a $2K valve job on my '98, they screwed it up SO bad I had to get it completely redone at another shop.

Ehrlich in Greeley though? THOSE guys are pretty decent. They've treated me really well over the last 2 years, I'll be going back soon for my 20-25K service.

I'm taking the plunge and bringing my 3rd Gen in for the 5K service at Boulder Toyota on Monday. I requested they do the ever-popular T-SB-0062-18 without a mechanic test drive...not sure if they'll do it or not. I'll rase hell if they refuse or if they test drive it and can't replicate the issues. I'll keep you posted.
    Thanks.

I live in SE Denver and AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe is far better than Stevinson Toyota East.

I have started driving a little further to Groove Toyota instead of AutoNation and have been happy with the service.

Been going to Stevinson West for the first 25k. They confirmed and did the diff-howl fix with no resistance. Parts ordered and installed in about a week, this was 6 months ago. Going in for the AC blower fix in 2 weeks. I contacted them before getting the letter from Toyota and they authorized the repair and ordered parts for the 26th. Also mentioned the new transmission TSB and they said they would evaluate when I come in. Will let you know how it goes. Service department is clean, well-stocked with snacks, plenty of outlets and chairs. Have never requested a loaner so I can't comment on that aspect. They get things done in a reasonable amount of time and the tech conversations have always been polite. Haven't done me wrong yet, have never gotten attitude. Imagine it would be about a 45 minute drive for you.

Stevinson west is great for dealer stuff. But otherwise go to a quality independent like my shop. I use dealer quality parts and do top level service with a better warranty than the dealer. Plus you support local small business not making mr stevinson more rich... I used to work there and that guy has old school money.

Stevinson West has been awesome for us. Same day turn around on leaf spring replacements, and did a bunch of other check ups at no charge (u joints, etc...)

Also a nice waiting area, wifi, and snacks.

I've enjoyed my service time with Stevinson West as well. I have only 1 more prepaid service left though so I'll probably move on to an indy shop.

When I first moved here I took my 14 to Big O Tires in Broomfield by the Flat Irons for normal services. It is locally owned and the manager is great (can't remember his name), but he would always hook me up. One time a different person rang me in and was going to charge me something silly to put an air filter in that I bought (had it in the truck and figured they could throw it in), the GM saw this when checking me out and took it off. Said that was simple and they didn't need to charge me for it. Earned my respect.

Now I have a 18' and service is included so I take it to Mountain State. Never had a bad experience there and after 15k miles some of the clear bra is bubbling so they pushed us in this Friday free of charge to fix. They also make you food and stuff if you go in the mornings for free. I like omelette day.

Once the service runs out I'll be doing my own now that I have a garage again.
