Replaced my stock wiper blades for RainX Latitudes. Stocks lasted 5 years. Are the stocks worth anything?

Installed a dash mount for my ham radio and whatever else I feel like mounting to it in the future. Turned out good for a DIY project.

This mount is similar to one I saw on here. Not sure of the name they have for it. But I basically cut some 3/8" x 2" steel bar stock, cut it out with my band saw, drilled the mounting holes and the drilled and tapped the holes for the ram ball. Nothing really extraordinary. I just didn't want to spend 65 bucks for a pair when I only needed one side.

Seems simple enough. Now all I need is the equipment, knowledge, and skill to fabricate it... :p

There are quite a few videos on Youtube that show the process. It's time consuming but it helps the paint immensely, especially if you're going off road a lot. Just search it on Youtube and follow the process and take your time it will be worth it in the long run especially with how the paint is kinda faulty on some of these trucks.

What started out as a 10 min. job, cost me 2 hrs. of my day off!! I had to drill out the shitty painted over star/hex bolt on the tailgate that stripped on my first f'n tug..WTF!!! Have to guide the tailgate support to fit in a certain spot so it closes but all in all, I like it.. it's BEER 30!!!!20180921_132937.jpg
