So I just bought a Tacoma a month ago and I noticed there’s this rough (bumpy) parts in the paint and I went to the dealership to ask what it’s about and they said that they factory now sprays a protective paint underneath the regular paint and I’m just wondering if this is the case on all Tacoma’s?

I under stand the use of a protective film like a clear bra and have that on the truck as well.
