Morning all. Last night I had several dreams I was @ the cabin. Man I need some time off! Will not be going over today. After working six days regular job, and three nights side work last week, gotta keep the home fire going today with my Amanda. Plan on being finished with side jobs the first week of October, hope it happens. Friend is selling his house, sent me a pix of the home inspection results. Normal GFI deal, needs complete before the end of the month. I need some time off fifteen feet in the air!

The weather guesses use the Dart Board Method to predict the weather. Another job where you can always be wrong is a Production Scheduler where I work.

Yup - love a good mountain trip, even if it's not wheeling!

Wife and I drove up over Cameron Pass to see the aspens, WOW were they ever pretty! Stopped in to a place called "River Rock Cafe" in Walden to grab a burger and a beer, and we were treated to one of the best burgers either one of us have ever had. As it turns out, this place's beef is all from a local ranch that just happens to do Wagyu beef - DELISH! :hungry:

    50's here and overcast.
All that mid-atlantic rain is just South of Lung Island.
    Monsoons coming mid week.
May have to go to Bass Pro later for a walk about.

    :pccoffee: Good morning.

Didn't get to bed till late last night started supper late. Real late.

    snake cook.jpg

Smoked some ham stuffed chicken breasts and steaks. All wrapped in bacon of course.

Had some tropical pico de gallo used as a topping on the chicken.

    snake plated.jpg

Was worth it and have steaks to warm up later today. And the other chicken breast. And bacon.

I swear it gets worse each year LOL.

34" Grip N Grab works well when the sciatic kicks in. Or even when it doesn't.

Love my new Browning Sweet 16 but it does throw the hulls everywhere. On the ground. 100 of them during a shoot. MOJO mag pick up stick for the win. Isn't just me I make friends fast with the rest of the squad that have shotguns that throws hulls LOL. Waistline could use the exercise but the hell with it work smarter not harder. Besides exercise spot reducing doesn't work.

Eventually even an old faded pumpkin

Last few years have had more than one Conversation Officer tell me it is time for a new hat that is brighter. I just nod my head. A favorite hat can't be replaced. Orange or not.
