Is the front diff in our 3rd gens the same as the second gen? I'm looking at locker options for a lunch box locker or ratcheting locker and there's options for the second gen but none specifically called out for ours.

I know there's debate about having to use a selectable locker due to the add but I'm not concerned about that. Only interested in if they are the same differential. I want to say yes but not sure.

I believe it's an 8" front gear same as 2nd gens. Check out one of the diff gear sites and see if the gears are the same between generations.
