This, i had gotten mine for cheap with an Amazon gift card, to basically use as parking lot door guards until i buy my sliders.

 

I mounted an ARB Twin on a Slee bracket.

 

Be sure to use a premium interior product. I use this, highly recommended

 

Prinsu went on today! Took about an hour and a half with my brother in law, hole punch method.

 

Its been awhile since I posted in this thread. Bought a SSO bumper and Warn winch in 2016. Finally had the bumper powder coated earlier this year. Finally hacked the bumper up to install the thing earlier this week.

I agree were the trd emblem on the wheels painted or came like that? Wish mine could be cement or gray colored to match that red is ugly

I believe @rrentrop or @CBoy808 made vinyl inserts that can be color matched to any color you want.

 

got it dirty and tested out the new rci sliders ..mostly kept me protected from the trees but i did manage to get a dent on the rear fender right where the sliders end. A smaller tree was sliding along the bar and slung into the fender after going over the kick out. i guess they are called rock sliders for a reason and not tree sliders.

What punch tool did you use?

 

Had some plasti dip laying around so I did the front grill surround. Looks ok, will do until I order a SR one to replace it.

 

Which Warn winch and what did you have to hack. One of each coming my way...

Washed, clay barred and waxed the truck. I've never used a clay bar but HOLY SHIT what a difference it makes. It's so quick and easy to do, and I'm irritated that I never tried before. Night and day difference. So shiny and smooth.
