I have no idea. I’ve done it all. Just the right side squeaks really bad. I get it that you have to upcoming but non stop since they’ve been installed.

Last time I had this exact issue with a customers third gen and tc upper arms it ended up being a slightly bent spindle. The reason it squeaks when you turn the wheel it because the slightly bent spindle causes the bushing to deflect since it no longer rotates in a true circle. The spindle of the truck was barely bent it was still able to be aligned perfect, squeak instantly disappeared once we swapped in a fresh set of straight spindles.

I'm schedules for TC UCA's. Too much for a weekend warrior? Dealing with squeeks from TCUCA and Dakar leaf springs sounds like it may be a chore.

I’ve run mutiple tc uppers both stock length and long travel. Each with over 30k on them zero squeaks. Maintain them Properly and you’ll be fine

Are you certain it's the UCAs OP? I had a squeak recently so I greased the UCAs....still there. Lubed the uniballs...still there. Listened more closely and it sounded more like metal on metal. It was an LCA cam bolt. Point being it could be something other than your UCA.

Edit: The LCA bolt squeak was at low speed over any bump.

I have zero squeaks as well. I lubed everything when I got my TC UCA's. I lubed the outside of the bushing to ensure smooth and even insert into the UCA's when using a rubber mallet, I lubed the metal sleeves, pumped some fresh grease into it, and once a month I use some Tri-Flow on the uniball and wipe off the crud. I don't think it's the UCA's.

I have squeaking as well. I’m running a @TOTAL CHAOS +2” Long travel with king coilovers. After install, the squeaking began almost a week after. I’ve greased the zerks, lubed the uniballs, uninstalled and reinstalled the control arms and the squeak hasn’t gone away. It is most notable going over speed bumps and quite embarrassing to have a new truck squeaking through parking lots. Also replaced bushings both upper and lower and no luck. Many of my taco buddies run total chaos and don’t have the squeaking I do, I want to love this setup but the squeak is very difficult to accept. Looking for a solution and even considered making delrin bushings which are stiffer and have less deflection when cycled.

I’m with you on that it’s embarrassing to have it squeak when it’s a new truck. I want to love it but those days it’s really loud I just want to replace for another brand. All my buddies don’t have the problems I’ve had with them.

All I keep hearing is the bushings need to be lubed up the Uniball need the ptfe on it blah blah blah. I’ve done it all and no solution.

I’d be willing to bet it’s a metal on metal squeak. Usually somewhere in the fender well.

Could you post a few more suspension photos? Up close, far away, UCA, LCA, coil over, etc. We can take a look and see if anything is out of the ordinary.

If you could do the same that would be great ^
And a video if it's loud enough to hear. Happy to try and figure out the squeaks.

I have a Icon set up and need to kill the squeak this afternoon. Going to go through the basic steps listed in this thread, but will let you know if I discover something that may be of value to you.

Well cleaned the uniballs, and greased the pivot bushings. Actually sounds much better, but still have a squeak on the drivers side. I had Icons on my 1st gen and would clean the uniball regularly and apply Triflow on them and that would solve the issue. Don't have a solution yet, but will keep trying. Its like living with a beautiful woman with an annoying voice.
