I love how they don’t cut the seal off with a blade, but rather peel the seal with that devise with the twine!

    Hoping I didn’t pick a hack shop.
My sons safelite windshield wasn’t so good!
I had Portland glass repair a chip last winter and they scratched up my hood and fenders.
Most the pics from this windshield works shows the hood up so they don’t lean on it.
I expressed my concerns about digging up the window frame and that I was pretty anal about it.
I told him this was his out he could tell me they don’t want to do it.
My appt is Monday we shall see how it goes.

Just because it's that time of year again. Is anyone willing to give up a few neat locations for some ghost towns or haunted happenings in the woods? Looking to do a road trip. Only legal non trespassing stuff. Just looking to politely enjoy what VT has to offer.

    Thanks everyone !

PS the more remote the better. We love wheeling in VT

Anyone have any experience with 4x4 Center in South Burlington?

I’m ready to put some 5100’s on Access Cab and was planning on ordering from Headstrong Offroad. Thinking I’ll see what they quote me locally before going online. Their service manager is out today but will call back tomorrow. Any one have any work done there before?

I just got a quote from them for front and rear air lockers. Still undecided if I want to go with them.

Was the price competitive? I’m thinking I’ll either buy online and do myself or buy from them and have them do the install

It wasn't the worst, I'm set up with a switch pro and on board air already so that cuts some cost. They would basically be doing the heavy lifting. I'm waiting to hear back from "mainline overland" for a quote.

I bought 5100/OME springs pre-assembled from Wheelers Offroad and installed myself.
I took my sweet time installing them and it only took me about 2 hours. The biggest help was finally remembering to disconnect the front sway bar.

Jason the service manager does have a Tacoma, and they have worked on plenty, the things I didn’t do myself I took to the 4x4 center, great guys, not the lowest price I’m sure, but not the highest, my wife still takes her jeep there.

It was over the summer. I was talking to them about leaf springs.
I just got the GTS lift (made by Dobinson) at Mainline Overlandin NH and it is a totally different ride now.

It was either there or close to Philly for the lift amd Bow is way closer. The way 4x4 center acted towards me i assumed they only worked on Rover and didnt go past that I have a work truck so i can go for awhile without the Tacoma.

I’ve actually seen quite a few taco’s in their lot at different points in time. I never reached out to them to do any work on my rig so I can’t speak to their quality.
